To a Very Special Lady

So wanted to write this post because I know this good ole gal and I just wanted everyone to know what a fabulous woman she is today! I don't mean to say she isn't always, but I wanted to share a few things about her. I'm not going to mention names because she might chop my fingers off and no more blog for me! So we will call her Betty.
Betty is a very special person. She works hard, is a great co-worker, funny, caring, mean sometimes----->JK, wonderful mother and is a great kiddos. She sacrifices so much for her family. Her daughter recently graduated and let me tell you- what a beautiful, smart girl she is! She was the top of her class, never received a B, scholarships, All State in choir, the list continues. Betty has 3 great kids. She takes care of her parents (mom had stroke and dad is in poor health), has raised the kids by herself (loser EX), and works everyday at a demanding job (not really- but demanding drama wise). She is such an amazing person. I admire her and thinks she is blessed beyond measures. I know we all have to complain once in while, but she doesn't often- only when her eyes turn red and she is furiously mad! (BTW, I just probably lost my pointer finger). Really, I think she is pretty fabulous. She does all the shopping, provides for her 3 kids, takes care of the house and has recently had to get her darling daughter ready for graduation, college admissions, proms, the normal senior year stuff-by herself. Who does that and for the most part, never complains or is crabby about doing it alone. Mind you, she has great kids that help out but she runs the house- by herself. Pretty impressive. I couldnt do that. She has 2 boys too. One is a total cuttie, I want to pinch his cheeks and her oldest boy is so funny- great personality. All kids stay out of trouble and are smart with great heads on their sholders. What more could a parent ask for? I hope I'm half this good!
Anyway- Congrats to her Darling Daughter for graduating! Your life is just beginning! And Betty- hats off to you raising such a fabulous kid (kids). Be proud!

I just wanted to share this story about this wonderful person I call my friend. She deserves it!
